Otherwise, here are a few lesser known details...
Orange wine, sometimes also called amber, skin-contact, or macerated wine, is a white grape wine that has been macerated with its skins (the same way a rosé wine would be made from dark grapes) and takes on a range of colours from a darker white wine, to bright orange, to even potentially a rose colour depending on the grape and maceration time.
Light skinned grapes are crushed and the juice remains in contact with the skins for a period of time between a few days up to months.
